I'm Still Making Cards--Just Not So Many

With my school schedule, I don't have a lot of time to make cards. I'm still in summer classes right now. The good news is that the end is in sight--only 4 more semesters to go before I graduate! I will have a bachelors degree (my 1st) in elementary education/special education-learning disabilities.

So here are pics of my most recent cards. I apologize for not posting all the details for each card. If you'd like to know something, post a comment and I'll reply.

This was the Mother's Day card I made for my mom. The little girl is a Pure Innocence image. She looks a lot like I did when I was little. My mom loved it!

I made this Thank You card for one of my college instructors. I had enjoyed her computer classes a lot, even though they were challenging. I had to learn lots of new tricks.

This card was for my son-in-law Brent, married to my eldest daughter Venetta.

My youngest daughter, Thea, just graduated from beautician school, so this was for her.

This card makes use of the new Big Shot die-cut machine that I got for my birthday this year. You'll probably recognize the die-cut shapes in the center and I embossed the white piece with the Swiss dots folder from Cuttlebug. The tulips in the center are a digital stamp, colored with Crayola and RoseArt colored pencils and blended with mineral spirits.

I have pics of all the cards I've made since my last post last year so as time allows, I will post more--as well as keeping up with my latest creations.

Til next time...happy cardmaking and may the grace of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah be with you!
